Welcome to Phase One

Phase One includes three 2-bedroom villas and fourteen studio villas, all thoughtfully placed along the lakes to provide every home with stunning mountain and lake views.

Each home is spaced at least 40 feet apart, ensuring privacy and a sense of independence that’s rare in most communities. To enhance this, our farmers will carefully plant fruit trees and other vegetation to create natural barriers, maintaining both privacy and beautiful surroundings.

Phase One is located next to Samaná Eco Lodge, a unique treehouse hotel. Residents will enjoy a short walk through the lodge to access shared amenities like the restaurant, lagoon pool, jungle gym by the river, and the spa and sauna.

As the community grows, we plan to add a cozy wooden coffee shop and library by the river, offering pastries, cakes, and a quiet space to unwind.
